Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order if:

Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth claims process, we strongly recommend recording a continuous 360° unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected.
For claims involving:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
- Manufacturing defects upon arrival
A clear and unedited unboxing video may be required as supporting evidence during the review process.
Claims submitted without sufficient photo or video evidence may take longer to verify and process
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return request has been approved and the item has been received and inspected (if required), your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Grillent will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
